How do these supplements work?
The penis can be thought of both like a muscle
and as a balloon. It is like a muscle in that if stressed to its fullest extent,

The Corpora Cavernosa is
filled with smooth / involuntary muscle as well as the cavernous
arteries running through each of the Cavernosa tissue projections. The
Cavernosas also have fibrous tissue to add to stiffness and contains
empty spaces, arteries and veins.
The Cavernosa tissues are surrounded by
the tunica albuginea - a important membrane that
needs to stretched for penis enlargement.
During arousal,
impulses from the brain as well as tactile activation of the penis cause
the smooth muscle of the Corpora Cavernosa to relax allowing blood into
the pockets of space within the penis. The tunica albuginea membrane
ensures the stiffness of the erection by trapping the expansion.

tissues of the penis grow.

So why are these penis pills so effective at adding width

increase the size of each of these chambers by stretching them to their maximum
